摘要 <p>A method and a device for optically measuring the size or speed of an object (1) or fluid moving through a field (4). According to the method, a first image of the moving object or fluid is taken, along an optical axis and for a first predetermined time (t1), by a first sensor (36, 51) of a charge-coupled matrix camera; after a second predetermined time (t2), a second image of the moving object or fluid is taken, along the same optical axis and for a third predetermined time (t3) which may be the same as the first, by a second sensor (37, 52) of a charge-coupled matrix camera; and the two signals (60, 61) generated by said sensors are simultaneously processed in order to deduce the size or speed of the object by subtracting one signal from the other, or to deduce the speed of the fluid by autocorrelation.</p>
