Each baseplate has a fixed outer jaw (2,2') and a clamping jaw (3,3') sliding in the longitudinal direction. The clamping jaws are coupled to a spring connector (II) between them which thrusts them towards the outer jaws. On each baseplate is a disc (6) fixed and parallel to it, with a coaxial release disc (5,5') resting on it. The release disc turns on its axis when the jaws are closed, and has one or more pins or protrusions underneath extending in the radial direction. This engages in a recess in the top of the fixed disc which extends in the radial direction. ADVANTAGE - Releases under turning and tipping moment and also under vertical and lengthwise forces.
