PURPOSE:To enable the cooking by induction heating and the cooking in a heating chamber in a small space for installation, and facilitate the work for changing the cooking chamber easy to be stained, and enable the separation of an induction heating cooking unit to widen a range for installation, and to restrict the influence of the heating chamber to a frequency converting device. CONSTITUTION:Since engagement parts 32 are provided in the lower part of an induction heating unit case 21 and engagement parts 31 are provided on a top plate 30 of a roaster unit 19, the roaster unit 19 can be hanged from the lower part of an induction heating unit 18 to enable the induction heating and the cooking in a heating chamber such as broiling of fish in a small space. The work for changing the roaster unit 19, of which lifetime is shorter than that of the induction heating unit 18 and of which cost is lower than that of the induction heating unit 18, is facilitated, and furthermore, the roaster unit 19 can be separated to enable the single use of the induction heating unit 18. In the case where the induction heating unit 18 is separated to be used singly, the induction heating unit 18 can be built in a space at a low height or the central part of a table to obtain an induction heating cooker for a wide range use. |
