PURPOSE:To speedily and accurately decide the curl of a tape. CONSTITUTION:The tape which is guided is photographed by a television camera 1 and the outline of the contours of obtained moire interference fringes is extracted by an outline extracting circuit 2. The data are supplied to a neural network processing part 3 and processed. The neural network processing part 3 consists of plural independent neural networks, each of which generates one output. The output is supplied to a fuzzy processing part 4, which performs fuzzy processing and supplies its output to a decision part 5, thereby making a final OK or NG decision. |
