<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the display defect and deterioration in image quality by the disconnection of signal wirings by providing connecting wiring parts for connecting signal wirings of pixel electrodes to each other in electrode arrays inputted with the same picture element signals among plural electrode sides. CONSTITUTION:The plural pixel electrodes 11 connected by the signal wirings 12 and the plural pixel electrodes 21 connected by the signal wirings 22 constitute the electrode arrays 10 and the electrode arrays 20. Semiconductor layers 41 disposed in a cross direction are connected by scanning wirings 42. Further, the electrode arrays 10 (electrode arrays 20) inputted with the same picture element signals have the connecting wiring parts 30 connected between the signal wirings 12 and signal wirings 21 thereof for each of the pixel electrodes 11 (pixel electrodes 21). The linear display defect appears if a disconnection arises in the signal wirings 12 within the display screen region, but the linear display defect appears only when the signal wirings 12 are disconnected within the region L1 and when the signal wirings 22 which are bypass circuits are disconnected within the regions L2 in this constitution.</p> |
