PURPOSE:To dynamically standardize terms and adjust meaning contents among plural creators in cooperative operation and to reduce the labor for communication adjustments among the creators in editing operation for a standardized document system and schedule confirmation for the adjustments. CONSTITUTION:A document main body 1 and term dictionaries 2 by fields that the related creators can utilize in common are stored in the storage device of a center 3. Each of the creators takes charge of the document preparation by an own terminal machine 4 and registers contents as the document main body 1 in the center side. During the preparation of the document, they mutually refers to the term dictionaries 2 by the fields so as to define new terms, retrieve synonyms, and standardize the meanings and usage of terms. |
