<p>PURPOSE:To enable a multiunit tube to be effectively manufactured by a method wherein the multiunit tube is obtained wherein shrinkage with time in a length direction and in a pheripheral direction at a tube end part of an inner resin layer is not generated; though it is used for a long time, an adhesive property between a metal layer and the resin layer is kept excellent; and further good surface flatness and good moldability are provided. CONSTITUTION:A multiunit tube is constructed as follows; a resin layer 2 is formed directly or via an adhesive at least on an inner surface of a metal tube 1; the resin layer 2 includes a layer to which a fibrous filler 3 is orientated in an almost axial direction of the tube. When the inner surface of the metal tube is coated by the resin layer 2 while a band like metal plate is continuously being made into a tube, the fibrous filler is added into melted resin. When it is extruded, a portion of a flow of the melted resin is forcedly changed in a direction so that a layer in which the fibrous filler 3 is oriented in the almost axial direction of a multiunit tube and a layer in which it is oriented in a peripheral direction of the same pipe are formed in the resin layer.</p> |
