摘要 |
PURPOSE:To enhance coating adhesion by preheating a metal material whose surface is treated by electrolytic etching so as to set 10-point average surface roughness to a specific value or more and applying fluoroplastic to the surface thereof by injection molding. CONSTITUTION:The single surface whose 10-point average uneven depth Rz is 5mum of an aluminum plate is subjected to sandblasting so that Rz becomes 7-10mum and an uneven cycle becomes 10-20mum and the surface not subjected to sandblasting of the aluminum plate is masked with a vinyl chloride resin plate. This surface treated metal material is preheated to 230 deg.C in a drying furnace to be set in a mold set to 220 deg.C. When it is confirmed that the metal material is set to 220 deg.C, an ETFE resin containing 20% carbon fiber is injected from an injection nozzle at 330 deg.C and the metal material is coated with the resin in a thickness of 0.5mm. By preheating the metal material subjected to surface treatment by electrolytic etching so that 10-point average surface roughness Rz is set to 10mum or more to coat the same with fluoroplastic, adhesion is enhanced. |
