PURPOSE:To use the space under a staircase as storage chamber, even if the side surface of the staircase can not be utilized. CONSTITUTION:An under-staircase storage device 1 is equipped with a staircase 2, which is equipped with a plurality of staircase elements 3 consisting of a stepping plate 30 and a kick plate 31, and is equipped with a side plate 4. The space between the lower part of the staircase element 3 and the inside of the side plate 4 forms an under-staircase accommodation chamber 5. The staircase elements 3 in the vicinity of the ascent port of the staircase 2 are connected by a side surface plate 32, and a staircase unit 6 is constituted. The unit 6 is installed in free opening and closing in the vertical direction for the rest staircase element 3. Since the staircase unit 6 is freely opened and closed in the vertical direction, the space under the staircase can be used as storage chamber, even if the side surface of the staircase can not be utilized. |
