PURPOSE:To manufacture flexible metal-polyimide laminated plates with little unevenness of thickness and high resistance to bending. CONSTITUTION:In coating process in manufacture of a flexible metal-polyimide laminated plate wherein polyamide acid dissolved in an organic solvent is applied to a metal foil and dried and the polyamide acid is converted into imide, a die coater is used and the polyamide acid dissolved in an organic solvent is supplied to the die coater by compressed air and thus coating is carried out.
