PURPOSE:To obtain the title oil desirable for use in e.g., a refrigerator containing 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane as the refrigerant by using a specified polyglycol monoalkyl ether as the principal component. CONSTITUTION:The title oil mainly consists of a polyglycol monoalkyl ether (with 1-10 C alkyl) comprising oxyethylene units and oxypropylene units.
