摘要	The method involves optoelectronic measurement of two dimensions and detection of the third dimension by rotational or translational motion of the measurement material. The measurement material is detected in several measurement planes to capture all shape details. The planes are linearly displaced and inclined wrt. each other. Their number is first determined from information about the measurement material. Measurements are taken in each plane individually and combined to a single data set taking into account the position of the plane. ADVANTAGE - Enables complete detection of complicated objects, esp. with undercuts or covered corners.
