PURPOSE:To evade the generation of a floating bus in a semiconductor integrated circuit device whose bus constitution is complicated. CONSTITUTION:Each pair of buses is constituted of input side buses B1H and B1L, and output side buses B2H and B2L. A register group RO, R2, and R4 is connected through an input side connecting circuit group 1a-1c with the input side bus B1L, and a register group R1, R3, and R5 is connected through the input side bus B1H with an input side connecting circuit group 2a-2c. The register group RO, R2, and R4 is connected through an output side connecting circuit group 3a-3c with the output side bus B2L, and the register group R1, R3, and R5 is connected through an output side connecting circuit group 4a-4c with the output side bus B2H. A register connecting circuit 6 controls only the input side or output side connecting circuit corresponding to a register designated in a register field. A floating preventing circuit 7 controls the input side or output side connecting circuit corresponding to each register in the entire register group except the register group including the register designated in the register field. |
