PURPOSE:To obtain a miniature oscillator by constituting a strip line resonator formed on an insulation film so that a high Q values can be obtained since its resistivity is low and residual impurities are less, and a phase noise quantity is low. CONSTITUTION:An insulation film 3 has electronic circuit parts 10, a conductive pattern 6 and a strip line resonator 5 thereon. Also, this oscillator is provided with a first dielectric ceramics substrate 1 to which this film 3 is allowed to adhere, a metallic conductive body film 4 allowed to adhere to the substrate 1, and a second dielectric ceramics substrate 2 being the part of the resonator 5 and allowed to adhere to the opposite side to the substrate 1. Also, in order to enhance a Q value, a quality coefficient, of the resonator 5, the resonator 5 is formed by combining copper plating and a photoetching method. As for this resonator 5, its resistivity is very low, and also, residual impurities are less, therefore, a high Q value is obtained, a phase noise quantity is low, and moreover, the oscillator can be minizturized. |
