Nasal solutions The invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions in the form of aqueous solutions for the nasal administration of human calcitonin in dosable amounts, to a process for the preparation of said compositions and to the use thereof. The pharmaceutical composition comprises a) a therapeutically effective amount of human calcitonin or a derivative thereof, b) a viscosity-enhancing swellable polymer, and c) an aqueous carrier liquid containing optional isotonic components and/or additional excipients.
