<p>PURPOSE:To record a high vision picture with VTR for household while it is viewed with a high vision monitor by incorporating a down converter in a MUSE decoder. CONSTITUTION:The MUSE-NTSC down converter 30 sharing an ALC circuit 14, a clamping circuit 16, an A/D converter 18 and a synchronism detection circuit 20 is constituted in the MUSDE decoder 10. A video signal for high vision is obtained from a main decoding processing part 22, and an NTSC video signal is obtained from the down conversion processing part 32 of the down converter 30.</p> |
