LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY PANEL

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide the liquid crystal display panel which is made more defect- free, higher in fineness and higher in brightness by arranging at least two pieces of thin-film transistors(TFTs) at a right angle including one angle of picture element electrodes. CONSTITUTION:This liquid crystal display panel has the plural picture element electrodes 73 formed in the regions enclosed by plural orthogonally intersecting drain buses 71 and gate buses 72 and the plural TFTs 74 formed near the intersected points of the drain buses 71 and the gate buses 72. The picture element electrodes 73 are connected to the drain buses 71 and the gate buses 72 via at least two pieces of the TFTs 74 having the independent drain electrodes 75. At least two pieces of the TFTs 74 connected to the same picture element electrodes 73 are arranged at the right angle including the one angle of the picture element electrodes 73 to be connected at the time of forming the TFTs 74. The formation of two pieces of the TFTs within the region where one piece of the TFT occupies heretofore is enabled by arranging the TFTs at a right angle in such a manner. The flickerable regions associated with the opening ratio are thus expanded like dotted lines.
