PURPOSE:To generate a stereoscopic sound field by setting a sound image to be normal in space other than that between plural speakers. CONSTITUTION:Acoustic rods 111 and 113 are fixed to a face veneer 11 and a back veneer 13 in the enclosure 10 of the speaker. An acoustic port 11 is provided for the surface veneer 11. An actuator 21 is fixed to the back veneer 13. The actuator 21 directly vibrates the back veneer 13. Then, the enclosure 10 divisionally vibrates. Sound waves having different phases and directions generate vibration synthesized at the place of a viewer as if they are transmitted by interfering each other by divided vibration occurred in the respective speakers, and generate a kind of the focus of the sound waves in a certain point of space, and the sound image can normally be heard by listener even in space other than that between the speaker. |
