PURPOSE:To enhance energy density, an electric discharging characteristic and a cycle property by using a carbon material film having two-dimensional structure, i.e., fine structure, where a carbon hexagonal net surface is oriented in a plane parallel to a surface of the film, as an active material carrier. CONSTITUTION:A specific extruding mesophase pitch is adjusted to be thus supplied to a device 1, whereby a sheet-like pitch 2 is extruded through a slit type nozzle. An air current is blown to the pitch 2 from air current blowing outlets 5, 5 so that a tape-like pitch carbon material film 6 is taken up in a taking-up device 3. The film 6 has two-dimensional structure, i.e., structure where a carbon hexagonal net surface is oriented in a plane parallel to a surface of the film 6, and is formed in thickness of 40mum or less. Using the film 6 as an anode, Li metal is selected as a cathode in propylene carbonate where LiClO4 is melted, to be cathode-reduced for carrying Li, thus obtaining the anode. Consequently, it is possible to enhance energy density, an electric discharging characteristic and a cycle property. |
