PURPOSE:To obtain temperature compensating dielectric porcelain by baking specific Sr/Ca coprecipitation carbonate and TiO2 as prime raw material. CONSTITUTION:The equal mol amount of Sr/Ca coprecipitation carbonate powder expressed by [(Sr)x (Ca)1-x] CO3 (where 0.59<=x<=0.66) and TiO2 powder is put into a predetermined mixing vessel together with water. Muddy water is formed by wet mixing and taken out from the vessel and then dehydrated and after dried, calcinated at 900 to 1000 deg.C for chemical reaction, so that Sr/Ca coprecipitation carbonate series blending material is obtained. As occasion demands, a proper amount of caking additive and the like is added thereto. The moldings thereof are regularly baked at 1300 to 1350 deg.C, so that a target temperature compensating dielectric porcelain is obtained. At the time of baking, Mn, Ce, La, clay and the like are added thereto, thereby making it feasible to reduce the sintering temperature and expand the sintering width. |
