PURPOSE:To perform the fine adjustment of the height of a nozzle without providing a driving system at the nozzle tip part by providing a sliding cylinder and the holding cylinder of a nozzle respectively on the 1st and 2nd rotary brackets and by the simple composition of linking the space between the sliding cylinder and holding cylinder with linking member. CONSTITUTION:The laser beam passing the center of the 1st hollow main spindle 3 from a head body 1 is projected on a work W by an optical lens 14 by being reflected by the reflection mirrors 9, 10 of the 2nd rotary bracket 11 further by passing the center of the 2nd hollow main spindle 8 by being reflected by the reflection mirrors 5, 6 of the 1st rotary bracket 7. The combination of the revolving angle of the 1st, 2nd hollow main spindles 3, 8 is performed respectively by servomotors M1, M2. The adjustment of the height of the nozzle 15 for the work W is performed by detecting the gap between the nozzle 15 tip and work W by a sensor, by driving the servomotor M3 provided at the outside part of the 1st rotary bracket 7 according to this detected value and by moving the holding cylinder 13 via the cylinder 16 and lever 17. |
