PURPOSE:To perform the reception without stopping a carrying-in path even while exchanging a rack in case of integrating a large number of printed wiring boards, which are processed in the previous process and carried in succession, or their half-finished goods on a rack. CONSTITUTION:A temporary receiving arm 50, which moves downward in case that there is a rack 60 on a carrying-out path 40 and moves upward in case that there is no rack 60 on a carrying-in path 20 so as to receive each material W to be carried, is provided between the carrying-in path 20 and the carrying- out path 40. |
