摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent an occurrence of a flash by a method wherein a shape memory allay is provided on the abutting parts of an upper mold and a lower mold against an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder of an engine mount, and the pseudoelastic effect of the alloy prevents an occurrence of a gap on a mold butting surface to always bring the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder into close contact with the molds. CONSTITUTION:In a mold device 10 comprising an upper mold 11, a lower mold 12 and an intermediate mold 13, a cavity 14 is formed. An inner cylinder 1 and an outer cylinder 2 are set in the cavity 14. Ring grooves 15a, 15b and 16a, 16b are respectively formed on parts of the inner walls of the upper mold 11 and the lower mold 12 on which the end parts of the inner and outer cylinders 1, 2 are abutted. An Fe-Mn-Si shape memory alloy 17 is fitted in the ring grooves 15a-16b. When the inner and outer cylinders 1, 2 are set and the molds 11, 12, 13 are heated and closed, the thermal distorsion of the inner and outer cylinders 1, 2 is absorbed by the distorsion of the shape memory alloy 17. The end faces are always brought into close contact with the shape memory alloy 17 without an occurrence of a gap on mold butting surfaces C1, C2. Therefore, an occurrence of a flash caused by an injection leak of a rubber material 3 is prevented, and a flash removal operation is not required.
