<p>PURPOSE:To rapidly and perfectly release a coating film, to secure a high-grade regenerated resin and to reutilize lower alcohol by a method wherein a resin molded product having a coating film is charged in a container storing lower alcohol heated to its b.p. or lower to be hermetically enclosed therein to release the coating film. CONSTITUTION:Car bampers A, B are preliminarily roughly ground in order to release the coating films of the bampers. At first, ethanol is injected in a release container 2 to be heated by a water bath 4 fitted with a temp. regulator 3. Next, the plug 6 of the charging port 5 of the release container 2 is opened and air is exhausted from a reflux cooling pipe 7 through an exhaust pipe 8 to prevent the leakage of ethanol vapor from the charging port 5. Continuously, the roughly ground matter of the bampers A, B is charged in the release container 2 from the charging port 5 and ethanol 1 in the release container 2 is stirred by the stirrer of a stirring device 9. By this constitution, the coating film is swollen to be increased in its volume and stress is generated in the interface with a resin to release the coating film.</p> |
