PURPOSE:To improve appearance of the outer wall of a building, to shorten a time required for the design of building equipment and a term of works, and improve watertight performance of a product. CONSTITUTION:An indoor unit part is provided with a body 1 having an indoor heat-exchanger and an indoor blower and an indoor air suction port 2 and an indoor air discharge port 3 are communicated to the indoor unit part. An outdoor air suction port 9 and an outdoor air discharge port 14 are formed in the two sides of an outdoor unit having an outdoor blower and an outdoor heat-exchanger arranged to the periphery of the indoor unit. The outdoor air suction port 9 is connected to a duct A11 and a pipe hood A13, the outdoor air discharge port 14 is connected to a duct B16 and a pipe hood B17, and an outdoor heat-exchanger is caused to effect heat-exchange. This constitution improves appearance of a building, shortens a term of works, and prevents entrance of water at a rainwater period. |
