<p>PURPOSE:To provide a method for controlling a metallic structure for rolling, recrystallization and micro fabrication in a hot rolling procase. CONSTITUTION:In hot rolling of steel material, a draft is set in advance at every rolling pass, further, a rolling temperature is obtained by calculation in accordance with a specified relational expression of the rolling temperature and the draft, the hot rolled structure of the steel material is controlled by one time or more repetitions of heating or cooling of the steel material so that this temperature is obtained at the time of rolling and biting. The rolling temperature is set in advance on behalf of the draft, the steel material is heated or cooled so that the temperature is obtained; further, the draft is required in accordance with a prescribed relational expression between the rolling temperature and the draft, the steel material is rolled by this draft to control the hot rolled structure of the steel plate.</p> |
