<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf ball excellent in feeling both in strong bit and weak bit and excellent in repulsive performance and driving performance in a golf ball having a core of one layer and a golf ball having a core of two layers. SOLUTION: This golf ball is composed of a core composed of one layer and a cover of one or more layers for covering the core. A 10 mm compression value of the core is 400 to 650 kgf, and a value by dividing the 10 mm compression value of the core by a value of Shore D hardness of the surface of the core is set not less than 10.0. In a golf ball composed of the core composed of two layers of an inner layer core and an outer layer core and a cover of one or more layers for covering the core, a value by dividing a 10 mm compression value of the core by a value of Shore D hardness of the surface of the outer layer core is 7.0 to 10.0, a value by dividing a value of Shore D hardness of the surface of the outer layer core by a value of Shore D hardness of the surface of the inner layer core is 1.5 to 2.5, and a diameter of the inner layer core is set to 20 to 35 mm.</p> |
