摘要 Reagent mixt. for determination of uric acid or other H2O2-producing oxidase reaction systems, comprises : (a) 15-50 micro mol/l N-butyl-N- (4-sulphobutyl)- p-phenylenediamine (II) (as p-phenylenediamine deriv.), (b) a naphthol deriv. of formula (I) (as H-doner), (c) a chemically modified peroxidase, (d) 0.2-2% of a fatty alcohol polyethylene glycol ether (as detergent), (e) 100-400 micro mol/l EDTA-Na salt (as stabiliser), (f) a buffer soln. with a pH of 7-4, and (g) 0.2-1% of a cholic acid salt. R1 = (CH2)2NH2, (CH2)2OH, (CH2)2NH(CH2)2NH2, (CH2)2NH(CH2)2OH, (CH2)3NH(CH2)3NH2 or (CH2)3NH(CH2)3OH; X = H, Cl, Br, SCN, SO3H, SCH2COOMe; Y = H or SO3H. USE/ADVANTAGE - The reagent mixt. is useful for enzymatic determination of uric acid, creatinine, cholesterol; etc., esp. in blood serum. It is useful for photometric analysis for medical diagnostic techniques or for analysis of, e.g., food prods.. This mixt. avoids the problems inherent in prior art mixts. such as a large degree of autooxidation leading to poor sensitivity.
