The diaper pants (1) possess a rectangular basic body (2) of cotton in whose upper border region there is sewn a covering flap (8) which is also rectangular. The covering flap (8) can thus be lifted off the basic body (2) around the seam (8a). This makes it possible to arrange a loose, absorbent insert between the covering flap (8) and the basic body (2). The diaper pants are secured on the body of the infant via touch-and-close tapes (5a, 5b, 6) which prevent slipping and avoid the occurrence of pressure sores. <IMAGE> |
