The method is applied in urology. It improves the effect from treatment, especially after taking into account the worse clinical parameters of patients. According to the method, a citostatic venous treatment is carried out in a triple combination of cyclophosphamide from 800 to 1,000 mg/m2, pharmorubicin from 30 to 50 mg/m2 and biocisplatinum from 50 to 70 mg/m2 at 20-day intervals in six courses. After the third week, patients' treatments adds intravesical injections with the antituberculosis vaccine "Caltevax", once a week for six weeks, and after that once a month for the next 12 months.
