PURPOSE:To reduce productive cost and provide a permanent magnet member with stable performance, by forming a cylindrical solid-core extrusion molded piece from a mixture of magnetic particles and a binder in a magnetic field through an extrusion molding means, and manufacturing both ends thereof to form a shaft part. CONSTITUTION:A composite material consisting of strontium-ferrite magnetic particle 90 weight parts and polyamide resin 10 weight parts is extruded with an extrusion cylinder 11 and a screw 12 from an extrusion mold 13 to form a cylindrical solid-core material 19 long in size. In the molding space, an oriented magnetic field is formed with an orientational magnetic-field coil 18. Moreover, the extruded material is cut into pieces with a given length after the material is cooled, and the each end part is manufactured to form a shaft part. Consequently, the production cost can be reduced, and a permanent magnet member with stable performance can be provided. |
