<p>PURPOSE:To enable the interface with an image processor by the coordinate input to directly indicate the coordinates of a projector on a screen while utilizing the advantages of the indicating rod which is widely used from heretofore. CONSTITUTION:This indicating rod 10 for coordinate input has a cylindrical housing 7, a light emitting part 1 which is disposed within this cylindrical housing 7 and causes one end of the cylindrical housing 7 to emit light, a switch 2 which is provided on the other end side of the cylindrical housing 7 and a signal generating part 3 which is controlled by this switch 2 to generate a special signal to the outside. The specific signal which specifies the coordinates on the screen instructed by the light of the light emitting part 1 are transmitted to the image processor by pressing the switch 2. As a result, the information on the instructed coordinates on the screen is inputted to the image processor.</p> |
