<p>PURPOSE:To suppress influences to the minimum even under any adverse communication line environment by folding image data for one frame on a memory and compressing a time axis just by the overlapped component. CONSTITUTION:The image data for one frame at least are stored in a frame memory 11, the stored image data for one picture are divided, and data compressibility is judged with a block number setting arithmetic part 13. Next, the image data for one block are divided into blocks according to the contact instruction of the arithmetic part 13, and the specified block and the other remaining blocks are overlapped and compared for each unit of a picture element by an inter-block comparative arithmetic part 12. Then, the data at a non-coincident part processed by the arithmetic part 12 are outputted from a data transmission part 14 together with the data of the specified block.</p> |
