PURPOSE:To miniaturize the fixing device and to reduce the cost thereof by constituting the device in such a manner as to prevent the exertion of excess stresses on a dichroic mirror, fixing this mirror so as not to distort the mirror itself, absorbing the vibration on the mirror in spite of the vibration of the entire part and assuring the flatness of the dichroic mirror at the time of mounting. CONSTITUTION:Plural pieces of elastic material projections 25 and hook-shaped drop-preventive stoppers 24 are mounted around a window-shape hole 22 to a flat plate 21 having the hole 22 provided in order to pass light in the central part. The dichroic mirror 23 is held between these elastic material projections 25 and hook-shaped drop-preventive stoppers 24 and is fixed by pressing of the projections 25. The front surfaces of the elastic material projections 25 are molded as a suction cup shape and the dichroic mirror 23 is fixed by the suction force of the suction cups of the elastic material projections 25. |
