<p>This installation comprises reel holders (6) provided with "end-to-end" assembling machines, a corrugating machine (1) in which the first bonding of the smooth layer is effected without any pressure being applied between the corregation roller (7) and the smooth roller (10), and two large heating cylinders (12 and 13) which turn at a tangential speed which is equal to the speed of the cardboard, said cylinders being arranged such that they can dry alternately, first one face of the cardboard, then the other.
