PURPOSE:To make inexpensive automatic opening/closing sliding door device by making the device comparatively simple, and also facilitate its maintenance, and make its running cost unnecessary. CONSTITUTION:A sliding door 4 that is freely stretchable in a vertical direction is hung and supported travellably along a hanger rail 6 by a hanging door wheel 5. Central part of the hanger rail 6 is supported by a pivot freely rotatable and capable of inclining to both sides, and its one end side is connected to a springboard 11 nearby a floor surface through a transmission mechanism such as a link mechanism 10. The sliding door 4 in a closed position is mounted on one end side of the hanger rail, and the hanger rail 6 is energized so as to always incline it to one end side. The hanger rail 6 is inclined to the other end side resisting energizing force to move the sliding door 4 to its opening direction by treading the springboard 11, and the sliding door 4 is automatically returned to its closed state together with the restoration of the springboard 11. |
