PURPOSE:To provide a paper feeder b which abnormal feeding and lowering of the printing quality are prevented, regarding the paper feeder by which at least one stored papersheet is fed and rejected when the temperature and/or humidity reaches a specified value. CONSTITUTION:A papersheet 1 is fed from a paper sheet storing part 2 in which the papersheets 1 are stacked and stored one by one by a feeding means 8, and is fed to a processor 5 at which a process is carried out on the papersheet 1 by a feeder, which is provided with a rejection part 7 for storing a rejected papersheet 1 which is fed but is not processed, and with a time counting means 11 for counting feeding interval of the paper sheet 1 and/or a first clock 12 for alarming specified time. When the feeding interval of the papersheet 1 counted by the time counting means 11 reaches a specified value, or when the first clock 12 reaches specified time, at least one paper sheet 1 is controlled to be fed from the papersheet storing part 2, and to be rejected at the rejection part 7. |
