PURPOSE:To increase the size of an air cleaner, by making a concave in a case cover for accommodating a bettery and also for partitioning a silencing chamber made by the case cover and the case main into two chambers which are communicated with each other. CONSTITUTION:A case main 21 of an air cleaner 20 has a projection 21e for fitting a battery fixing band 31, fitting hole 21f, space 21i for accommodating tools and a concave 22e for accommodating a battery 30 in a case cover 22. Being equipped with the battery 30 and tools, the pipe-framed rear space is effective for increasing the capacity of the air cleaner 20. In addition, the concave 22e divides a silencing chamber R into two chambers R1, R2 which are communicated with each other, so that suction noise is surely shut off. |
