TUBULAR FILM EXCELLENT IN RELEASE PROPERTIES

PURPOSE:To provide a tubular film having heat resistance and excellent release properties and adaptable to a wide range of a use by forming a coating layer composed of an amorphous fluoroplastic on a tubular film composed of a heat- resistant polymer material. CONSTITUTION:Amorphous fluoroplastic is dissolved in a fluorocarbon solvent to be applied to a tubular film composed of a heat-resistant polymer material such as a polyether ether ketone resin or a polyetherimide resin. As the amorphous fluoroplastic, for example, Teflon AF made by Dupont Co. or Cytop of Asahikasei K.K. is used. A filler such as carbon black or metal oxide may be added to the heat-resistant polymer material and/or the coating layer.
