<p>PURPOSE:To provide the wall thickness control method for a parison with its wall thickness controlled with high accuracy extruded out of a plunger. CONSTITUTION:The extruding positions 1, 2, ...n of a plunger 14 and the positions 1, 2, ...n of the length L of a parison P are in proportionality, and as the wall thickness is varied by varying the extrusion speed of the plunger 14, the wall thickness is controlled by dividing the stroke S of the plunger 14 equally into (n), sending the position of the plunger 14 by means of a potentiometer 19 and adjusting the extrusion speed of the plunger 14 corresponding to respective sensing positions by the adjustment of the opening degree of a hydraulic valve 22. The plunger stroke S corresponds to the parison length L in the given relation by said arrangement, and even the wall thickness of the parison P of sophisticated shape can be adjusted and controlled with high accuracy corresponding to the positions of the parison 14 in the length direction.</p> |
