<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a more real fancy veneer decorative sheet excellent in design effect and also excellent in the close adhesiveness of a transfer ink layer, in continuously producing the fancy veneer decorative sheet according to a dry lamination system using a transfer sheet, by making the patterns formed from the recessed parts of a fancy veneer sheet synchronous to those of the transfer ink layer. CONSTITUTION:A transfer sheet is obtained by successively laminating a base sheet, a polyolefinic resin layer, a release layer and a transfer ink layer and the transfer ink layer thereof is superposed on the surface of a transfer material having recessed parts on the surface thereof through an adhesive. Next, by heating the whole under pressure so that the polyolefinic resin constituting the polyolefinic resin layer of the transfer sheet is softened, the transfer ink layer of the transfer sheet is transferred to the recessed parts of the surface of the transfer material. Further, when the transfer sheet is released from the transfer material, the transfer sheet is heated on the side of the base sheet to be released while the polyolefinic resin is softened.</p> |
