<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a preservation house capable of retaining the freshness of vegetables and fruits for a long period by regulating the atmosphere and pressure in a container with an oxygen-enriching membrane. CONSTITUTION:The objective preservation house is constructed of an oxygen- enriching membrane module 21 installed in a lid body (12a) capable of hermetically sealing a vegetable container (11a) housed in a vegetable chamber (8a), a pump 26, connected to the membrane module and sucking the atmosphere in the vegetable container, a discharge port 27 for discharging the sucked gas into a cold air convection passage 19 installed on the outer periphery of the vegetable container, a discharge duct 24 for directly leading cold air from a cooler 22 to the vegetable container and discharging the cold air, a cold air suction port (20a) for sucking the cold air, circulating through the interior of the cold air convection passage and containing a discharge gas from the pump into a cold air discharge port (18a) and a suction duct 28 for leading the sucked cold air to the cooler.</p> |
