PURPOSE:To obviate the necessity of electric work or battery change by sensing presence or absence of user while storing electric energy of solar cells in a storing means when the system is not operated whereas opening a solenoid valve with thus stored electric energy and collecting the electric energy generated from a hydraulic power generating means in the storing means when the system is operated. CONSTITUTION:When a flushing unit, for example, is not operated a storing means 5 stores power being fed from solar cells 3 under sunshine and a sensing means 2 senses presence or absence of user while being fed with power from the storing means 5. When a user is sensed, a water supply control section 6 delivers an open valve command signal 6d and a solenoid valve 7 is driven to open valve state mainly with power stored in the storing means 5. At that time, a hydraulic turbine 9a is rotary driven at high speed by the water flowing through a water supply pipe 8 to produce electric power from a generator 9b. Thus produced electric power is collected through a diode 10 to the storing means 5. Upon elapse of preset water supply time, the solenoid valve 7 is closed by a valve close command signal 6e to finish water supply operation. |
