<p>PURPOSE: To reduce a time loss by providing a storage element to send stored communication texts through a communication text channel that is assigned to store communication texts. CONSTITUTION: When a subscriber depresses a speech pushbutton 70 for a speech, a signal is sent to a central station. The subscriber can start its speech without awaiting an approval by a base station. That is, a digitized voice sample is stored in a storage element 65, consisting of a first-in first-out memory. Then a channel is assigned, and its channel number is sent to a frame management circuit 17. Then the stored sample is bypassed in the channel in a timing by this channel, and the memory 65 is going to be vacant. The subscriber stops its speech, the memory 65 is idle as the result of transmission of the sample conducted in a time slot and thus the channel is used for other speech.</p> |
