<p>PURPOSE:To exactly recognize the advancing conditions of jobs to all the manufacture lots. CONSTITUTION:Required time for storing date and time to substitute the specified time of start and end and the specified start time of an initial value, used facility and required time for each process of manufacture flow, the frequency of using each facility, the lot name of each manufacture lot and the position of manufacture flow at the specified starting time are stored in advance. Next, one manufacture lot is extracted from these stored data, and a flow position shown by (c) is read from the lot name. The used facility and required time shown by (d) are read from this flow position and as the initial value, that time is added to the required time inputting the specified starting time. The name of the facility coincident to the flow position shown by (b) is read, '1' is added to the frequency of using that facility and it is judged whether the required time exceeds the specified ending time or not. When the required time does not exceed it, a step B is started again at the flow position of a figure adding '1' to the flow position. When the required time exceeds it, the existence of the other manufacture lot is judged and when there is any manufacture lot, operations from a step A to a step D are executed.</p> |
