<p>PURPOSE:To execute an other reference processing in parallel and to improve the efficiency of a work by switching a screen to execute other reference processing in the course of executing an end user language processing, detecting an end of the language processing, and outputting its processing result. CONSTITUTION:The subject device 11 contains an output request receiving part 2, an output job executing part 3, a job execution-monitoring part 4, and an output informing part 5, and an output contents-saving area 8 for storing an output sent out from a business form-preparing job 6 is connected thereto. The output job-executing part 3 starts its execution by receiving a notice sent from the output request-receiving part 2. The job execution-monitoring part 4 monitors whether execution of a job is finished, or it is being executed. Also, this device is constituted so that a screen is switched in order to execute other reference processing in the course of executing an end user language processing, and a result of its processing is outputted by detecting an end of the end user language processing.</p> |
