<p>The pump comprises a hollow casing (1) with an inlet (2) and an outlet (4) forevacuum sleeves, a vapour line (5) located in a chamber (3) of the casing (1) and having supersonic nozzles (6), an evaporator of the vacuum liquid interconnected to the vapour line (5), and a partition (9) mounted at the area of the outflow of the vacuum liquid vapours from the nozzle (6), and separating the area of the vapour outflow from the part of the chamber (3) in which a higher pressure of the pumped gas is created and which has in its upper part a thermal contact with the casing (1).</p> |
