<p>The invention relates to a valve for fire extinguishing substances with a flow duct passing through it in a straight line for the delivery medium and with a line for the fire extinguishing substance, which is connected to the flow duct via a movable valve element. In order to guarantee a smooth, gap-free passage, a part of the wall of the flow duct itself is used as the valve element, this part of the wall being connected elastically at one end to the adjoining flow duct so that it can be displaced in the longitudinal direction of the flow duct and, at the other end, can be raised from the adjoining part of the flow duct to form a gap leading to the line for the fire extinguishing substance. <IMAGE></p> |
