<p>The invention relates to a device for regulating the air flow through a heat exchanger having a finned tube bundle. The device comprises a multiplicity of flaps each of which is formed of a single piece by moulding from plastic and comprises a fixed plate (26) capable of being interposed between two fins (18) of the bundle (14) and of being traversed by the tubes (16) of the bundle, as well as a movable plate (28) forming a flap and connected to the fixed plate (26) by at least one bridge of material (30) forming a hinge about a pivot axis (XX).
