<p>Bactericidal composition for contact disinfection in a hospital environment comprising: a) an amphoteric compound on which are grafted quaternary ammonium groups corresponding to the general formula: <IMAGE> in which R1 represents a saturated or unsaturated fatty acid chain, and M is an alkali metal, and, in a synergistic quantity, a compound (b) of general formula <IMAGE> in which R is a C8 to C20 alkyl radical, the weight ratio of (b):(a) being 0.5 to 6 and close to 1.5.</p> |
